Once you have joined, you will be able to enjoy all of our member benefits including participation in our many subject Interest Groups. You will also be entitled to participate in many events, including our monthly meetings, visits and you will receive regular Newsletters to keep you fully up to date.

We're sure you'll agree that our fees are great value for money and we believe that the £40 per person for all the benefits on offer including an electronic Newsletter is very attractive.

Membership is open to anyone who is no longer in full time employment and annual membership runs from the 1st April to 31st March each year.

A Single Membership for 2026/2027 is £40

If you are joining as part of a couple we need you to pay the membership fee in two individual payments of £40 in order to assist our banking.

For applications submitted after 1st October 2026:

Part Year, Single membership is £20

Part Year: This reduced rate is for members joining after October and covers membership up to the end of the following March.
